Thermomix Menu Plan - March 5th

I can't believe it's March already. Goodness, how did that happen?!?

Another late menu plan (sorry guys), but I'm comforting myself by remembering that I posted two recipes during the week. Yes, two! I'm claiming that as a huge achievement, as uni started next week and nothing else stopped of course - crazier than ever! But it's all good fun. :)

Better not delay the menu plan any longer... Here it is!

Monday
breakfast: CADA with sheep's milk yoghurt, plus orange and ginger juice
lunch: zucchini slice (from the GF cookbook) and veggie sticks

Tuesday
breakfast: banana 'ice cream' smoothies and watermelon slices
lunch: zucchini slice and veggie sticks for T; zucchini slice and leftover carrot salad for me
dinner: goulash with spaetzle
essentials: GF bread, veg stock paste, rice milk

Wednesday
breakfast: CADA with sheep's milk yoghurt, plus watermelon juice
lunch: dairy-reduced milk rolls with cheese (adapted from Travelling with Thermomix) and pistou soup
dinner: vegetarian chilli con carne with cashew sour cream, guacamole, and homemade corn chips
essentials: more GF bread, spinach-mint triangles

Thursday
breakfast: pancakes and watermelon juice
lunch: spinach-mint triangles with veggie sticks
dinner: lemon chicken (from Travelling with Thermomix)
essentials: easy choc cake (I know, I said I'm not menu planning desserts... but I'm not calling this a dessert, because it's to take to a preschool function the following evening)

Friday
breakfast: CADA with sheep's milk yoghurt and orange and ginger juice
lunch: zucchini slice and veggie sticks
dinner: GF, dairy-reduced, vegetarian lasagne

Saturday
breakfast: banana 'ice cream' smoothies and fresh fruit
lunch: milk roll with cheese, salami slices and veggie sticks
dinner: hot-smoked fish over pine needles with parsnip and potato puree

Sunday
breakfast: bacon and slow-poached eggs
lunch: leftover soup and milk rolls with cheese
dinner: moroccan vegetable and preserved lemon 'tagine'

What is everyone else cooking this week? Lots of inspiration to be found over at Quirky Cooking, so there's no excuse - plan your menu for a stress-reduced week! :)
